Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NR-01, NR-07, and other applicable standards). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with occupational safety and health (OSH) management systems (e.g., SOC or similar). Preparation of technical reports (e.g., LTCAT, Insalubrity Report, etc.). Knowledge of occupational hygiene and quantitative assessments. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety and health (OSH) documents and programs, with emphasis on the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO). Conduct safety inspections in work areas, machinery, and equipment to identify hazards and assess occupational risks. Lead and oversee mandatory training required under Regulatory Standards (NRs). Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Manage the use and oversight of personal protective equipment (PPE), including record-keeping of PPE forms and Approval Certificates (CA).
