You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering, Delivery, and HR, driving smooth processes and cross\-functional collaboration. This role offers growth in tech talent management and retention, and is ideal for a quick learner with strong English skills who can lead special initiatives when needed. **What you will do** * Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine; * Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g., help our Engineers to find a part\-time Project or a Mentor within the company); * Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals; * Create well\-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines; * Keep track of available talent and job opportunities. **Must haves** * **3\+ years** **of experience** in an **IT company as a Technical Recruiter** (preferred) **or** within an **HR** function; * Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology; * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; * Proactive, energetic, and detail\-oriented mindset with a hands\-on approach to problem\-solving; * Ability to manage multiple priorities and **drive initiatives** independently; * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\+) **English** or higher, both written and spoken. **Nice to have** * You are comfortable with working in a fast\-changing environment; * You have strong GTD skills. **About us** AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award\-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups across 17\+ industries.
