





Description: It is very important that you have and/or know: * Completed higher education or currently pursuing a degree. * Full availability of schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Experience in selling financial products, preferably in retail. The challenges of the role include: Responsible for the credit and cash departments, managing the team, ensuring operational procedures are executed and results are delivered. * Ensure operational processes for credit and cash; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Ensure growth in customer registration base; * Create strategies for card activation; * Perform credit risk management; * Motivate and train your team to provide excellent customer service; * Diagnose and propose alternatives to improve results; * Offer Riachuelo card and financial products to customers, motivating your team towards this goal; * Define scheduling, shifts, and time-off planning for the store together with the management team; * Conduct team meetings; * Select and train new employees; * Deliver training according to company standards; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees; * Identify and develop talents for succession (PRI); * Open or close the store according to the shift schedule. 2509060202421738575
