




Job Summary: An HR professional to support recruitment and selection, onboarding, integration, and medical examinations, acting as the liaison with construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Support for recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. 2. HR experience, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Experience handling high-volume onboarding at construction sites. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, especially for operational positions on construction sites; * Conduct **onboarding**, including document collection and verification; * Support **new employee integration (onboarding)**; * Manage and monitor **pre-employment, periodic, and termination medical examinations (ASO)**; * Support internal communication initiatives and routine HR administrative tasks; * Liaise with construction sites to align staffing requirements. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in **Human Resources**, preferably in the construction industry; * Experience with onboarding and R\&S processes; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate); * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication ability. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling high-volume onboarding (construction sites); * Familiarity with construction sites and operational environments; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * FOOD ALLOWANCE * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * BASIC FOOD BASKET ASSISTANCE * LIFE INSURANCE
