





**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Plan and organize corporate, social, and promotional events. * Define timelines and budgets for each event. * Select and negotiate with suppliers and service providers. * Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, catering, and equipment. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events. * Manage the team involved in event execution. * Monitor and evaluate event performance, collecting participant feedback. * Prepare post-event reports with results analysis and improvement suggestions. * Stay updated on trends and innovations in the events industry. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Event Management, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of event planning and execution. * Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in project management tools and event software. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel and work on weekends, if required. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience organizing corporate or social events. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. * Fluency in English or other languages. * Certifications in event management. **Benefits:** Commission, Meal Voucher
