**Job Summary:** The Click and Collect Operator is responsible for receiving, organizing, and processing orders placed by customers online, ensuring accurate verification and on-time delivery, while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monday to Saturday * Receive and verify orders placed via e-commerce. * Pick, pack, and organize products according to company standards. * Conduct product checks to ensure order accuracy. * Monitor pickup deadlines and ensure orders are ready on time. * Assist in customer service during product collection. * Keep the work area organized and follow internal control procedures. * Report discrepancies, damages, or product shortages to immediate supervision. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (completed). * Experience in logistics, restocking, inventory, or customer service is a plus. * Basic computer skills. * Organized, attentive, and efficient.
