Dynamic routines and cross-functional involvement **Job Opening: Prospector** Description: Conduct prospecting of customers potentially entering the vehicle acquisition phase; provide support for customers who have contacted Automax and expressed intent to purchase vehicles through all available channels (telephone and digital). Support the showroom reception across all three locations and assist with CRM activities, including administrative tasks (segmentation and report analysis) as well as customer service tasks (general telephony, satisfaction surveys, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, etc.).
