Job Summary: Professional responsible for telephone and WhatsApp-based patient communication, focused on appointment scheduling, information provision, and medical schedule organization. Psychological, legal, social, financial, and nutritional support **Responsibilities:** * Receptive telephone and WhatsApp communication with patients, emphasizing humanized and excellent service; * Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments and examinations in the system; * Providing information regarding procedures, preparation instructions, schedules, physicians, and healthcare units; * Organizing medical schedules, considering health insurance rules and physicians' specific requirements; and other duties inherent to the position. **Desired Qualifications:** Completed high school education and basic Microsoft Office proficiency; **No experience required.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and one Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and one Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of R$ 25.00 per workday * Health and dental plan (Unimed) – enrollment available after 3 months * Araújo pharmacy network – enrollment available after 3 months * Wellhub (Gympass) – wellness program * Optum – psychological, legal, social, financial, and nutritional support
