Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for accounts payable management, payment control, and invoice analysis, ensuring timely execution and preventing financial losses. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in the Flow of Due Payments **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Main Responsibilities \- Accounts Payable Management * Control payment scheduling according to defined amounts and deadlines. * Using an automated system, enter supplier data, amounts, invoice numbers, and schedule payments within the stipulated deadline, following negotiations and approvals, aiming to ensure payment execution and prevent financial losses. * Assist in ensuring proper flow of due payments.
