**METROLOGIST \- 90861** **Job Description:** Responsibilities and duties Performs calibration of geometric (dimensional) and non-geometric instruments (electrical quantities, pressure, temperature); Calibrations at workstations (machines, assembly lines, injection molding, painting and manufacturing); Test chambers, using calibration standards, thus ensuring process parameters; Registers all instruments subject to calibration in specific software; Manages, through report extraction, the instruments to be calibrated monthly; Critical analysis of calibration certificates and management of calibration services with external suppliers; Enters into a specific system the dimensional analysis report of parts/tools/fixtures, sending it for engineering or requester evaluation; Measures parts/tools/fixtures using measurement equipment/instruments to ensure dimensions comply with design specifications; Develops programs for automatic measurement of parts and control devices. **Requirements:** Qualifications and requirements Higher education in progress or completed in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Science, Production; Knowledge of SAP, Office Suite, data analysis, technical drawing, various measuring instruments (caliper, multimeter, goniometer, height gauge, CNC equipment); Electrical, pressure and temperature measurements; NBR ISO/IEC 17025; Experience in metrology and calibration laboratories. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Working Hours:** Monday\-Thursday \- 07:00 to 17:00 \- Friday \- 07:00 to 16:00 **Benefits:** Confidential *Apply through the Divulga Vagas website!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
