





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities and duties Perform calibration of geometric (dimensional) and non-geometric instruments (electrical quantities, pressure, temperature); Conduct calibrations at workstations (machines, assembly lines, injection molding machines, painting, and manufacturing); Environmental test chambers, using calibration standards to ensure process parameters; Record all instruments subject to calibration in dedicated software; Manage monthly calibration schedules for instruments via report extraction; Critically analyze calibration certificates and manage calibration services provided by external suppliers; Input dimensional analysis reports for parts/tools/fixtures/devices into a dedicated system, forwarding them to engineering or the requesting party for review; Measure parts/tools/fixtures/devices using measurement equipment/instruments to verify that dimensions comply with design specifications; Develop programs for automated measurement of parts and control fixtures. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements and qualifications Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Science, or Production Engineering; Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, technical drawing, and various measuring instruments (calipers, multimeters, goniometers, height gauges, CNC equipment); Familiarity with electrical, pressure, and temperature measurements; NBR ISO/IEC 17025 standard; Experience working in metrology and calibration laboratories. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Confidential Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
