Join us too! **Opportunity:** Warehouse Clerk **Summary of Responsibilities:** Control and organize the supply area. **Responsibilities:** * Receive goods, verifying invoices, purchase orders, quantities, and material quality; * Record and process transactions in the supply and inventory management system; * Organize and supervise material storage, ensuring preservation, identification, and easy retrieval; * Monitor incoming, outgoing, and transferred items as well as inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy; * Fulfill internal requests by picking, verifying, and delivering materials; * Coordinate material returns and submit related documentation; * Prepare management reports and monitor warehouse performance indicators; * Conduct periodic and comprehensive inventory counts, applying inventory control and management techniques; * Supervise the warehouse team and ensure adherence to operational processes and standards; * Control materials and supplies designated for logistics operations and fleet maintenance.
