Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and support at all stages of the trip, from booking through post-sale, managing reservations and resolving issues. Key Highlights: 1. Complete customer service throughout the entire trip, from beginning to end 2. Reservation management and support in resolving issues 3. Providing quotations, modifications, and cancellations Sales and customer support from purchase through trip completion; providing in-person, WhatsApp, phone, or email customer service; delivering information and clarifying customer inquiries; generating quotations in systems; managing reservations before and during the trip; supporting and resolving customer issues; performing modifications and cancellations in accordance with policies established by Azul Viagens, Azul Linhas Aéreas, and other suppliers.
