Supporting area management by proposing improvements to internal processes. **Job Description — Procurement Analyst** **Position:** Procurement Analyst **Location:** Belo Horizonte — Central\-South **Department:** Office of a Federal Deputy **Schedule:** Monday to Friday — business hours **About the Role:** You will be responsible for all procurement-related activities for *civil and rural engineering, automotive parts, general supply purchases, and other office requirements*. You will directly handle quotations, negotiations, and supplier relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **price quotations** for materials and services; * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable **costs, delivery timelines, and terms**; * Manage the **procurement process** for automotive parts, general supplies, rural products, and civil engineering items; * Monitor **purchase orders, deliveries, and quality** of acquired materials; * Maintain up-to-date **supplier registries** and commercial relationships; * Prepare **procurement reports, market analyses, and performance indicators (KPIs)**; * Support **area management**, proposing improvements to internal processes. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields); * Prior experience in procurement (preferably involving engineering materials, automotive parts, or technical supplies); * Strong negotiation skills, organized work ethic, and excellent communication abilities; * Knowledge of quotation, negotiation, and supplier management processes; * Familiarity with procurement/ERP systems is desirable.
