Job Summary: The professional will monitor and manage forklift lease contracts, oversee fleet operations, supervise maintenance activities, manage the on-site mechanical team, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client. All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and manage forklift lease contracts with clients, ensuring SLA compliance; * Monitor fleet availability to ensure continuous operation and minimize unplanned downtime; * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; * Manage the mechanical team assigned to the client, assigning tasks and tracking performance; * Monitor operational KPIs (availability, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs); * Serve as the main liaison between management and the client to align requirements, improvements, and issue resolution; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical procedures during equipment interventions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Experience in vehicle maintenance (forklift maintenance preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in fleet/operations management preferred; * Residency in Juatuba, Contagem, Betim, Belo Horizonte, or Sete Lagoas/MG; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) required. **Additional Information** We offer all the traditional benefits you know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A 24/7 confidential support channel for you and your family, providing psychological, social, financial, legal, and other specialized assistance. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and teenagers’ education is.
