Job Summary: Coordinate occupational safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk prevention, development of programs and plans, and promotion of safety culture in industrial kitchens. Promotion of a safety culture and safety training for employees **Responsibilities** Coordinate the company's occupational safety department; Coordinate and direct technicians deployed across units throughout Brazil; Develop and implement comprehensive occupational safety programs, including policies, procedures, and action plans to identify, mitigate, and prevent occupational hazards in industrial kitchens. Review customer contracts and provide required documentation as stipulated by customers; Inspect industrial kitchen facilities, yards, and offices; Develop occupational safety programs; Develop environmental risk prevention programs; Develop emergency response plans; Ensure compliance with local, national, and international occupational safety regulations, as well as application of best practices in the food industry; Conduct occupational risk assessments, identify areas of concern, and implement control measures to minimize potential hazards; Develop and deliver regular safety training for employees, promoting awareness and adherence to safety guidelines; Lead investigations of accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence; Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes, identifying unsafe conditions and recommending improvements; Foster a safety culture by encouraging open communication on safety issues and actively engaging all employees; Collaborate with production, human resources, and management teams to integrate safety practices into all operational aspects; Maintain detailed records of incidents, inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions, ensuring proper documentation for regulatory purposes; Design fire prevention and firefighting programs; Determine types of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment; Obtain quotations, negotiate, and purchase PPE; Participate in the preparation of PPRA, PCMSO, and DDR documents; Implement and monitor CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention); Prepare reports, technical assessments, and expert opinions; Identify opportunities for improvement in occupational safety and promote the implementation of innovative and effective solutions. **Requirements:** Completion of a Technical Course in Occupational Safety is required; Experience in large-scale companies is required; Willingness to travel frequently is required. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Breakfast and lunch provided at the company; Health insurance plan; Basic food basket.
