If you meet the requirements below, apply now for our **Logistics Supervisor** position at our **Lifar Industrial Laboratory** — we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise finished goods dispatch, ensuring delivery timelines and conditions. * Plan and supervise storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring their integrity. * Monitor physical and fiscal receipt of materials and inventory movements. * Ensure fulfillment of customer orders and negotiate delivery deadlines in case of delays. * Monitor open sales orders and pending production orders, expediting invoicing and deliveries. * Organize the production schedule and prioritize picking sequence. * Manage transportation providers and route deliveries, ensuring quality and on-time performance. * Control physical and fiscal inventory, conducting cyclic and general stocktakes. * Analyze and control logistics costs, with focus on transportation expenses. * Apply quality tools to address deviations, identify root causes, and assess risks. * Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in logistics processes, including dispatch, receipt, warehousing, and inventory control. * Experience managing transportation providers, delivery routing, and negotiating delivery deadlines with customers. * Knowledge of fiscal processes and material handling, including verification and documentation. * Proficiency in inventory management tools and physical/fiscal inventory control. * Focus on controlling and reducing logistics costs, especially those related to transportation and operational efficiency. * Familiarity with quality tools applied to deviation analysis, risk assessment, and continuous improvement. * Team leadership experience is desirable. * Willingness to work onsite in Porto Alegre/RS. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * On-site parking or Transportation Voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Gympass; * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy; * Employees’ Association with multiple partnerships; * Birthday Day Off. **Work Location:** * Porto Alegre/RS.
