Responsible for team training, development, and hiring Opportunity Responsibilities Working alongside our team, the Store Manager plays an essential role in managing the sales team and serves as the primary motivator to develop the team's full potential — always safeguarding excellence in service to deliver the best shopping experience to our customers. Assigned duties: Responsible for supervising sales consultants' work, delegating tasks, monitoring results, and evaluating performance. Developing incentive plans for sales staff, and actively participating on the sales floor alongside the team. Identifying training and professional development needs of the sales team. Responsible for team hiring. Requirements Required education: Completed high school; Required sales experience; Required people management experience; minimum 1 year. Availability and schedule flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a 6X1 rotation.
