Job Summary: A professional responsible for procurement, inventory, bank reconciliation, stock control, timesheet management, and financial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement and inventory management experience 2. Responsible for inventory and bank reconciliation 3. Financial and timesheet control Responsibilities: 1\. Conduct purchases and record them in the system 2\. Perform weekly inventory 3\. Record payments and conduct bank reconciliation for inflows and outflows 4\. Procure goods according to requirements and manage inventory 5\. Control timesheets and process payroll and freelancer payments 6\. Monitor transactions in the system and bank account to generate reports. Experience with: systems and spreadsheets; procurement; inventory and finance.
