Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from demand analysis through negotiation closure; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, quality, and service level); * Develop, evaluate, and approve strategic suppliers; * Analyze and monitor departmental KPIs (cost reduction, lead time, supplier performance); * Prepare and update management reports to support decision-making; * Ensure accurate management and verification of fiscal documents related to procurement; * Collaborate with internal departments for supply chain planning and process optimization. Requirements: * Mandatory experience with UOL/Sênior system * Preferred experience in the Construction industry * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority * Completed bachelor's degree in related fields Location: Sion \- Belo Horizonte Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: 3\.500,00 Transportation allowance or fuel card (Caju) Uniform ️ Meal allowance: BRL 35.00 per day ️ Breakfast provided at the office Sul América health insurance plan (no monthly fee) \- effective after probation period.
