Job Summary: This position on the Billing team aims to support FIT's beneficiary billing operations by participating in all stages of the process and contributing to the quality and consistency of information. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the billing process for beneficiaries and perform daily validations 2. Monitor billing dashboards and indicators to identify inconsistencies 3. Our goal is to enable and promote clean, more accessible energy for everyone. **Job Description** This position falls under the responsibility of the Billing team and aims to support FIT's beneficiary billing operations by participating in all stages of the process and contributing to the quality and consistency of the team's information. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the billing process for beneficiaries, monitoring each stage and supporting daily validations; * Monitor billing dashboards and indicators, contributing to the identification of inconsistencies; * Assist in gathering and organizing data for the team's analyses; * Organize and keep the team's records and pending items up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Experience with **Excel** for data analysis and presentation. **Desirable** * Knowledge of **Power BI** and data analysis tools. * Familiarity with the **energy sector**, including regulations and operational procedures, as well as principles of **electricity distribution, distribution networks, energy metering, and billing**; **Benefits** At FIT Energia, we believe people drive results.
