**PURCHASING ANALYST/PURCHASER** Administer the company's purchasing, logistics, and warehouse/stock processes and team; negotiate deadlines, quantities, and terms with suppliers and/or customers; prepare budgets; control payment scheduling. · Respond to internal and external purchasing requests. · Determine material purchasing requirements. · Obtain price quotations in a timely manner to enable prompt purchase and delivery. · Issue purchase authorization. · Negotiate deadlines, quantities, and terms with suppliers and/or customers. · Identify alternative products with suppliers for requesting departments. · Calculate correct purchase quantities to prevent losses. · Maintain minimum stock levels for high-turnover items to ensure quality and reduce losses. · Arrange proper disposal of solid and liquid waste generated by restaurant and snack bar production. · Be responsible for overall stock count and monthly inventory. · Attend to suppliers. · Process product exchanges and returns for items not conforming to the placed order. · Implement initiatives aimed at reducing inventory costs. · Solicit quotations from new suppliers. · Control material receipt flow. · Control product dispatch flow. · Provide supporting documentation for supply contract preparation. · Identify needs for new equipment. · Prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets in Excel/system. · Contract suppliers for maintenance services on machinery and equipment.
