Promoting team engagement and continuous development. **Project Coordinator** =================================== TOTVS | Belo Horizonte - MG | Hybrid Job Description Lead the delivery of TOTVS ERP solutions (Protheus, RM, Datasul) focused on Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics, ensuring customer success, adherence to deadlines, budget, and scope, and portfolio financial health. Your role is to be the project "owner", mobilizing teams and resources to transform contracts into tangible results and lasting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead and manage high-complexity ERP implementation projects, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, budget, and scope. * Act as the focal point for customer and internal/external stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparent and effective communication of outcomes. * Monitor and manage project financial health (ROL, Margin, EBITDA), identifying risks and opportunities for new services. * Ensure application of the TOTVS Implementation Methodology (MIT) and industry best practices (PMI/Agile). * Promote team engagement by providing guidance and support for continuous development. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in relevant fields; * Experience in Project Management within the Industry/Manufacturing/Supply sector; * Experience and expertise in TOTVS ERPs; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile – Scrum/Kanban); * Understanding of project financial indicators (ROL, Margin, EBITDA). * Availability for hybrid work, including on-site presence with clients in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas. Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Project Management certification (PMI, Scrum, or similar) * Knowledge of TOTVS Methodology and Implementation (MIT).
