We are looking for a professional to: Responsibilities and Duties: * Supervise the store’s operational team to ensure excellence in service to external and internal customers, promote the company’s mission, vision, and values, and contribute to achieving the store’s expected operational results; * Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets through constant team supervision and implementation of appropriate action plans; * Enhance store team motivation by maintaining a positive work environment aligned with company values; * Ensure excellence in store processes through continuous training of store teams and use of manuals provided by respective departments; * Keep the store team informed and aligned with store operational goals by conducting daily team meetings; * Contribute to achieving the store’s expected operational results by executing and controlling all operational processes in accordance with guidelines established by the Operations Department; * Ensure the NPS survey is conducted using the designated application, per the target set by the Marketing Department; * Perform store opening and/or closing procedures upon verification of the scheduled shift roster; * Monitor KPIs by contributing to the development of action plans and achievement of targets; * Execute the planning of compensatory time bank for employees through daily tracking. Requirements and Qualifications: * Minimum education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (6x1 rotating schedule); * Experience in retail store leadership; * Proficiency in Excel.
