Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, and Excel We are seeking a **Project Analyst** to plan, monitor, and control projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality, with strong technical and analytical support to involved teams. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and update technical drawings and layouts in AutoCAD * Develop, update, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project * Create, analyze, and maintain control spreadsheets, KPIs, and management reports in Microsoft Excel * Monitor physical progress of projects, identify schedule deviations, and propose corrective actions * Support progress meetings by documenting minutes, action plans, and KPIs * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical and administrative project documentation ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience as a Project Analyst or in similar roles * **Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, and Excel** * Knowledge of planning, schedule control, and performance indicators * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in engineering or construction project management * Familiarity with project management methodologies * Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Willingness to travel * FOOD ALLOWANCE * BASIC BASKET ALLOWANCE * LIFE INSURANCE * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE
