





**Law firm in Belo Horizonte/MG is hiring:** FULL SOCIAL SECURITY ATTORNEY **Employment Type:** Associate **Compensation:** BRL 5,000.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and Caju Card (BRL 350.00 per month) **Work Format:** In-person **Working Hours:** Business hours, to be agreed upon **Residence Requirement:** Must reside in Belo Horizonte/MG, with easy access to the city center. Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active OAB registration Postgraduate degree or specialization in Social Security Law is mandatory; a postgraduate degree or specialization in Civil Procedural Law will be considered an advantage Proven experience in the social security field, with emphasis on retirement by contribution period and special retirement Full-level experience in specialized law firms as a social security attorney representing individual clients Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Proficiency in the Electronic Judicial Process System (PJe) and INSS administrative systems (Meu INSS, Sabi, INSS Digital); knowledge of the ADVWIN system will be considered an advantage Solid knowledge of social security calculations and development of social security planning will be considered an advantage Organized, detail-oriented, proactive profile, with legal writing skills, analytical ability, excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative mindset, and results-driven focus Availability for immediate start **Responsibilities:** Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, particularly lawsuits seeking grant or review of social security benefits (INSS and RGPS); conducting hearings, oral arguments, and administrative/judicial proceedings—both in-person and remotely; analyzing documents and performing social security calculations—including contribution period and simulations; providing legal assistance to clients, including drafting legal opinions and clarifying technical questions; monitoring procedural deadlines and developing legal strategies aligned with client interests; representing the firm in meetings with clients, public agencies, and partners; performing other duties pertinent to the role. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree Transportation allowance and Caju Card (BRL 350.00 per month)
