Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to focus on Accounts Payable, controlling and executing payments, and generating financial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: We are looking for a Financial Analyst focused on Accounts Payable, responsible for controlling and executing payments, verifying fiscal documents, performing bank reconciliation, managing cash flow, and supporting financial reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Control, schedule, and execute company payments; * Verify invoices and other documents; * Record entries in the system; * Perform bank reconciliation and analyze cash flow; * Generate financial reports and ensure compliance with internal policies, guaranteeing efficiency and regulatory adherence of financial processes. **Required Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in financial ERP systems; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Bank reconciliation and cash flow control; * Payment scheduling and control; * Analysis of invoices and financial documents; * Preparation of financial reports; * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desired Behavioral Profile:** We seek an organized individual with strong time-management skills, experience with financial systems (ERP), and advanced Excel proficiency.
