**Daily Challenges You’ll Tackle:**
* Conduct field flora surveys using established sampling and recording protocols;
* Perform botanical identification of plant species in the field and office, utilizing taxonomic keys, herbaria, and scientific databases;
* Organize and consolidate flora data collected during field campaigns, structuring spreadsheets, tables, and interim reports;
* Prepare technical reports, diagnostics, and descriptions of plant communities, indicating floristic composition, physiognomies, and conservation status;
* Analyze diversity, frequency, and density data of species using quantitative methodologies;
* Apply georeferencing and mapping techniques within Geographic Information Systems (GIS);
* Provide technical support for developing vegetation recovery and management programs, in accordance with legal and environmental guidelines;
* Collaborate with other technical areas, integrating data and information required for environmental studies;
* Ensure timely delivery and quality standards of all technical outputs under your responsibility.
**What We Expect From You:**
* 2–5 years of relevant professional experience;
* Active registration with a professional regulatory council (CRBio, CREA, or equivalent);
* Driver’s license, Category B;
* Experience preparing technical environmental reports;
* Field experience collecting data for environmental studies and projects;
* Intermediate knowledge of botanical identification, phytosociology, geoprocessing, and environmental legislation;
* Strong technical writing skills.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of statistical analysis applied to flora;
* Proficiency in georeferencing software such as QGIS and ArcGIS;
* Advanced Excel skills.
**Education:**
* Biology, Forestry Engineering, Ecology, or Environmental Sciences.
