Billing Analyst

Description

Issue and control customer invoices, calculate taxes due, monitor invoice collections, record invoices in the company's management system, generate monthly reports, and organize/archive measurement documentation in the department's designated file. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect monthly measurement payments from resident engineers and clients; * Issue service invoices, print and sort fiscal documentation and other documents related to each contract’s measurement period, then send them to clients according to service delivery timelines; * Be responsible for tax calculation; * Record/bill each issued invoice in the RM system; * Maintain the invoice spreadsheet, an internal departmental control tool; * Review emails from various departments requesting billing services; * Contact local municipalities or site engineers to issue ISSQN collection slips corresponding to billed measurements; * Prepare a monthly report on billing, taxes paid and withheld, and monthly collections; * Sort, organize, and update records and files relevant to the area, arranging them systematically to facilitate internal or external searches; * Archive all original contract management documentation in the department’s internal physical archive and also maintain a digital archive for each contract; * Strictly comply with company standards regarding quality, safety, environmental control, behavioral norms, regulatory compliance, and personal conduct at the workplace and across all company premises; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role; * Support management on matters within the scope of responsibility, reporting and discussing issues and irregularities to assist in defining appropriate procedures and actions; .
