Job Summary: PCP Analyst responsible for data management and analysis, report and visualization creation, technical documentation, automation development, and cross-functional collaboration. Development of automations and process optimization **JOB OPENING: PCP ANALYST** **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Data Management: Collect, clean, filter, and organize data from primary and secondary sources. \- Analysis and Modeling: Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns. \- Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards and visual reports for senior management. \- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation of data processes. \- Automation: Develop automations for data-related routines. \- Collaboration: Work with managers, developers, and team leaders to optimize processes. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields (or currently enrolled). **WORK HOURS** \- 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday **SALARY:** To be negotiated Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent or PJ (freelance) **BENEFITS** \- Health insurance \- Dental plan \- Life insurance \- Meal allowance – BRL 15.00 per workday \- Transportation allowance or fuel allowance \- Funeral assistance for employees \- Monthly performance-based bonuses Employment type: CLT permanent or Freelance / PJ Compensation: BRL 2,400.00 \- BRL 2,700.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
