Direct interface with public agencies for legalization. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours/week **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Regulatory Process Analyst We are seeking a proactive professional to directly handle corporate regularization at JVC Contabilidade, ensuring agility and compliance throughout each process. Responsibilities: * Managing company registration, amendment, and dissolution procedures. * Managing issuance and renewal of license and permit fees. * Advising on and operationalizing the use of Digital Certificates. * Handling day-to-day legalization tasks, including direct interaction with public agencies. * CND (Certificate of Tax Compliance) management * Providing information via the Customer Portal. **Requirements:** What We Seek (Requirements): * Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences (from the 3rd semester onward). * Demonstrable practical experience with contractual processes nationwide, especially in the South, Southeast, and Northeast regions. * Technical knowledge of legalization fees and bureaucratic requirements.
