Contribution of technical and creative solutions **Job Description:** Company is seeking a professional to work on architectural project development, with a technical focus and involvement in significant projects. **Responsibilities:** Develop architectural projects Prepare technical drawings for approval by public authorities Work with urban legislation and technical standards Participate in project review and detailing Contribute technical and creative solutions **Requirements:** **Qualifications:** Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning Experience in project development (internship or professional experience) Knowledge of urban legislation **Proficiency in:** AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications:** **Experience with vertical projects (e.g.:** Minha Casa Minha Vida) Experience with municipal project approvals Profile that makes a difference Attention to detail Strong analytical and interpretive skills Organization and technical focus Ability to work effectively in teams Creativity combined with precision Work Model **Format:** Associate (not CLT) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 100% on-site work in BH Compensation and Benefits **Junior:** R$ 3\.600,00 (net) \+ transportation allowance **Mid-Level:** R$ 4\.500,00 (net) \+ transportation allowance **Additionally:** Unimed health insurance (co-payment) Profit-sharing (15% annually)
