**Mechanical Engineer (Asset and Fleet Management) \- Savassi (BH)**
We are looking for an analytical and operational Mechanical Engineer to assume technical management of our fleet and equipment. The professional will serve as the **Technical Responsible Officer (TRO)** for operations, strategically managing the lifecycle of assets ranging from electric tools to Yellow Line equipment and heavy-duty fleets.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* **Technical Responsibility:** Act as the company's TRO, responsible for signing ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations) and validating technical reports.
* **Maintenance Management:** Develop and supervise maintenance plans (preventive/corrective) for a diversified fleet: excavators, wheel loaders (CAT, Hyundai, Case), trucks, and generators.
* **Field Service:** Conduct on-site technical inspections at construction sites (scheduled travel).
* **Data Analysis:** Monitor telematics and generate performance indicators (KPIs) and operational cost metrics per asset using Excel/Dashboards.
* **Asset Lifecycle:** Assess technical and economic feasibility for acquisition, demobilization, or refurbishment of equipment.
* **Procurement and Qualification:** Manage quotations for critical spare parts and qualify specialized workshops and suppliers.
* **Safety and Training:** Train operators in accordance with **NR-12** guidelines and safety standards.
**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with active CREA registration.**
* Solid experience in heavy-duty fleet, Yellow Line, and industrial equipment management.
* **Advanced Excel proficiency:** Essential for maintenance control, cost tracking, and telematics analysis.
* **Valid Category B driver's license.**
* **Willingness to travel frequently** to construction sites and job locations.
* Proactive profile with strong leadership and field problem-solving capabilities.
**Contract Type and Compensation:**
* **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ).
* **Compensation:** Submit **Salary Expectation** (negotiable based on technical expertise).

* CREA annual fee payment.
* Full coverage of ART costs.
* Full reimbursement of travel expenses (accommodation, meals, and transportation).
**Working Hours and Location:**
* **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\.
* **Base Location:** Savassi – Belo Horizonte/MG (with external field activities).
Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month
