With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group — positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** Check cargo during vehicle loading and/or unloading by grouping according to DANFE, CTE, labels, manually and/or via data collector registration, in compliance with POP (Standard Operating Procedure); Verify volume count and cargo integrity from receipt through loading; Check documentation (freight bills and invoices) against cargo identification labels; Assess, identify, and label goods; Ensure vehicle loading and authorize manifest issuance; Receive reports of incidents from the previous day, including document or cargo shortages or losses, investigate root causes, and seek guidance for appropriate corrective actions; Locate goods and assess condition of cargo arriving from other locations that do not meet established stowage standards; Guide Transport Assistants and Transport Associates on loading, unloading, and stowing cargo onto vehicles; Validate and authorize vehicle release upon completion of loading; Ensure cargo connections comply with planning requirements; Adhere to scheduled vehicle departure times; Scan cargo using data collectors during vehicle loading and/or unloading; Move and stow cargo during loading and unloading; Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** Compensation: BRL 2,362.80 \+ productivity bonus up to BRL 528.20 Benefits: Meal allowance (BRL 750.00\) ‍Medical and dental assistance Transportation allowance Pharmacy benefit Gympass — train at multiple locations across the network **Additional Information** Proactivity Availability Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
