The professional will gather market intelligence to support competitive technical proposals and strengthen commercial strategies. **Location:** Nova Lima / MG **Work Modality:** On-site **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Radiology Technology, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields **Desirable:** Technician in Biomedical Equipment, Radiology Technician, Electronics Technician, or Electrotechnician. **Languages:** Intermediate English **Required Knowledge:** Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Law No. 14.133/2021 and related legislation), as well as technical specification analysis. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) BI / AI tools. Familiarity with market analysis and competitor monitoring tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Guide commercial representatives and the sales team in developing technical specifications for tenders. * Analyze terms of reference and verify compliance with Konica Minolta’s portfolio technical specifications. * Study company and competitor product manuals to ensure accurate, tender-compliant technical descriptions. * Evaluate tender technical specifications and identify potential flaws or inconsistencies that could hinder Konica Minolta’s participation in bidding processes. * Request corrections to tender clauses that do not meet Konica Minolta’s portfolio technical requirements. * Prepare proposal templates for the back-office team based on tender specifications, ensuring full compliance. * Gather and compile market intelligence for dissemination to the commercial, marketing, and PDI teams. * Prepare reports focused on product analysis and technical trends in tender documents—as tools for strategic adjustment and new product development. * Draft and review challenge documentation, appeals, and counterarguments for tenders, tracking success rates. * Develop and deliver training—on-site, via voice, and/or video—within their area of expertise using the intranet, various social media platforms, conferences, or trade fairs, as needed, to promote knowledge sharing, personnel development, promotional materials, and corporate products and services. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Clear and assertive communication * Collaboration and teamwork * Organization and deadline management * Resilience and adaptability * Results orientation * Strategic thinking and business acumen **BENEFITS THAT TRANSFORM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US:** Here, we strive to offer much more than a basic benefits package.
