Focus on organization and traceability We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Checker to perform verification and release of compounded formulations, ensuring products comply with prescriptions, quality standards, and the company's internal procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify compounded formulations prior to release, checking composition, dosages, quantities, and pharmaceutical form. * Verify labels, tags, patient/animal information, and usage instructions. * Check weight, capsule count, and standardization of preparations. * Evaluate physical appearance of formulations (color, odor, homogeneity, and integrity). * Ensure compounding activities comply with prescriptions and Good Compounding Practices. * Identify potential discrepancies or non-conformities and report them to the responsible pharmacist. * Maintain organization and traceability of compounding orders, including system updates for order completion. * Release compounded formulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in compounding pharmacy or quality control is a plus. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking. * Ability to follow processes and regulations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience verifying capsules, pastes, solutions, or other pharmaceutical forms. * Knowledge of laboratory routines and quality control. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Competitive salary + Bonus + Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher Compensation: Starting at R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
