Job Summary: The professional will assist patients, administer medications, perform preparatory procedures for examinations, and maintain hygiene of facilities and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of equipment and the hospital environment Assist CDT patients by accommodating\-them, administering prescribed medications, performing preparatory procedures for examinations, and maintaining hygienized facilities, materials, and instruments. **Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 19:00; Friday, 10:00 to 19:00** **Salary:** R$2\.201,64 \+ Hazard Pay (20%): R$ 324,20 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher or food allowance * Medical assistance (UNIMED) * Dental assistance (METLIFE) * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) * Childcare allowance (childcare support) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years; * Quality-of-life program * Funeral plan * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, and gyms. * Christmas gift card **Responsibilities and Duties*** Verify and maintain equipment usability conditions; * Confirm availability of resources required for activity execution and patient care; * Perform sector-specific cleaning routines and replenishment of shared-use materials; * Conduct trolley crash-cart tests and immediately notify the supervisor in case of nonconformity; * Review examination schedules, paying attention to procedures requiring special attention; * Receive and verify patient identification according to schedule and examination requests, including SUS internal patients from Santa Casa and São Lucas Hospital scheduled for examinations or minor surgeries, recording in the patient registry log details such as: patient name, arrival date and time, origin, and procedure to be performed; * Assess patients’ general condition, conduct anamnesis, and follow admission and discharge protocols, including NEWS and Aldrete scales; * Accommodate patients according to their needs and explain the procedure they will undergo, verifying adequacy of preparation; * Retrieve and store medications and supplies from the pharmacy as needed, maintain observation room stock levels, and monitor expiration dates; * Manage, handle, and store Central Material Supply (CME)-related materials, affix labels, check expiration dates, and verify compliance to contribute to process conformity; \- Prepare and assist patients for examinations, observing protocols and identification requirements, supporting the responsible physician, administering medications per prescriptions, monitoring vital signs, maintaining intravenous therapy \- venous access or withdrawing it if necessary, maintaining oxygen therapy, performing macronebulization, securing gastro\-endoscopy probes, among others; * Record examinations performed by completing the existing control logbook, as well as filling out the room/expenses billing sheet and orthosis/prosthesis sheet with materials used during the examination; * Assist the physician in collecting biological specimens, adhering to specific procedures and techniques. * Transport, receive, and refer patients before and after examinations, awaiting release of their medical records by the responsible physician and coordinating appropriate patient movement; * Perform patient progress notes and admissions via the MV system; * Provide urgent and emergency care when necessary; * Refer patients to the ICU in cases of complications; * Refer deceased patients to the morgue. * Perform disinfection of materials and equipment in the designated area (decontamination zone), respecting standardization techniques per RDC 36; * Ensure continuity between shifts and record shift handover on printed documentation; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level upon request by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Nursing Technician Course Active COREN registration **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH and work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
