




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant responsible for operating equipment, organizing and cleaning the work section, and ensuring hygiene of products and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Check product expiration dates and perform hygiene procedures KITCHEN ASSISTANT WORK SCHEDULES: DAY SHIFT (8:00 AM – 4:20 PM); INTERMEDIATE SHIFT (8:00 PM – 4:20 AM); NIGHT SHIFT (11:40 PM – 8:00 AM) Correctly operate kitchen equipment (bain-marie, exhaust hoods, refrigerated worktops, etc.); Check operation of cold and frozen storage chambers; Always perform PVP’S; Organize and clean the work section; Verify expiration dates of all products; Wash and sanitize all equipment; Remove waste generated during operations.
