Focus on documentation and cargo clearance in Brazil **Ventana Serra do Brasil**, a company of the Arcese Group, has an open opportunity for an **Import Analyst**, responsible for operational management of international shipments and comprehensive monitoring of import logistics processes. Main Responsibilities * Receive commercial closing information, including shipment layout details * Contact freight forwarders and customs brokers to initiate the operational process * Keep clients informed about shipment status, pickups, and deadlines * Manage bookings, documentation, pre-shipment approvals and authorizations * Monitor cargo pickup, shipment, and movement (coloader or internal operation) * Submit documentation to the responsible team for registration in advance * Monitor cargo clearance in Brazil with relevant internal departments and the client * Verify local charges and fees, and release processes for billing upon cargo arrival Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **International Trade or related fields** * MBA or postgraduate degree in International Trade is desirable **Technical Knowledge** * Familiarity with import documentation (Booking, BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, certificates, and other operational documents) * Experience with the **Single Portal (Portal Único)** and carrier/terminal portals * Intermediate English for written communication with international partners * Desirable: knowledge of **AEO (Authorized Economic Operator)** guidelines **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance (not deducted during vacation) * Parking Assistance * Wellhub * Amil Health Plan (no monthly deduction for policyholders) * Dental Plan * Incentive Scholarship for courses, certifications, and language learning * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Conexa Saúde (psychologist and nutritionist) * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Enhanced maternity and paternity leave * Company-provided vehicle.
