Data modeling for Data Warehouse We are seeking a Data Analyst (BI) to join our team. At Hect, the BI Analyst collaborates closely with teams delivering consulting services, processing customer-provided data and building dashboards to present results. Additionally, the analyst supports teams in applying appropriate data processing techniques. The Data Analyst also handles internal company process information, integrating diverse systems and data sources to generate management support reports. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop solutions for data extraction, processing, and analysis (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured) from various sources (PDF, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, etc.); * Develop and maintain dashboards in Microsoft Power BI (M/DAX languages), creating reports for KPI monitoring, process tracking, and supporting technical teams in decision-making; * Automate data collection and transformation to optimize internal information flow using Azure Data Factory or similar platforms; * Collaborate across departments and teams to optimize data extraction and processing for consolidating information into strategic reports; * Data modeling for Data Warehouse (Azure/SQL). **Requirements:** The candidate must be capable of transforming and manipulating complex data from diverse sources, possess advanced analytical ability, and demonstrate strong programming logic proficiency. Additional requirements include: * Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field * Experience with Microsoft Power BI * Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes * Genuine interest in continuous learning and technical improvement—both in technologies and tools used by the company (e.g., Power BI, M language, DAX) and others * Ability to adapt to new technologies and work methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in M language (Power Query) and DAX * Familiarity with Azure platform data analytics tools * Advanced MS Excel skills * Relevant work experience * Intermediate English proficiency.
