We are seeking an organized, proactive, and communicative **Sales Assistant** to support our commercial activities and contribute to the company's growth. Main Responsibilities * Support the sales team in serving customers and distributors. * Develop and monitor **commercial proposals and quotations**. * Register and update customer information in the system. * Process orders in the system. * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and liaise with production and logistics departments. * Organize sales documents and reports. * Assist in managing contracts and commercial processes. * Support customer relationship management, ensuring high-quality service. Requirements * Completed high school education (higher education in **Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields** preferred). * Prior experience in **commercial or administrative routines**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)**. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Advantages * Experience in companies within the **healthcare or laboratory diagnostics sector**. * Knowledge of **sales processes for hospitals and laboratories**. * Familiarity with **CRM or commercial management systems**.
