Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for surface preparation and finishing, applying various materials and performing corrections on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparation and finishing of diverse surfaces 2. Work involving correction of imperfections and application of coatings 3. Organization and preparation of the worksite on construction sites **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Apply filler or coatings to correct imperfections; * Apply paint using a roller or spray gun; * Apply liquid gloss on walls; * Organize and prepare the worksite on construction sites; * Prepare surfaces for finishing; * Correct surfaces for construction finishing; * Protect surfaces not intended for work; * Perform touch-ups by reapplying paints or coatings; * Remove old or damaged paint and coatings; * Prepare materials for construction finishing; * Organize tools, accessories, and equipment for construction finishing; * Apply mesh for correcting surface expansion or protecting edges; * Assemble equipment — scaffolding, sawhorses, ladders, etc.; * Install coatings using a spatula; * Inspect conditions of surfaces to be worked on; * Apply varnish on walls, wood, or concrete; * Apply oil-based primer to correct mold stains. * Apply sealer to eliminate residues. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Hospital experience preferred. **WORK SCHEDULE** * 40 hours per month; * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
