Management and organization of documents and records. **MISSION:** Support the procurement area by organizing operational and administrative tasks, and assist construction sites to improve task-related processes. **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** The Procurement Assistant performs administrative and operational tasks to support the procurement team on a daily basis, and assists construction site employees with questions regarding submitted requests, registrations, and system entries for procurement processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Register products and suppliers in the system. • Issue purchase orders. • Monitor cash flow for minor expenses. • Track the status of purchase orders. • Prepare procurement reports. • Organize files and documents. • Perform general administrative tasks. **SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Assist construction sites with questions regarding order entries; • Provide support to the budgeting and construction departments whenever required; • Provide support to the procurement and engineering departments whenever required; • Substitute for team members during occasional absences, as directed by leadership.
