Responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of store units Description: We are seeking a versatile professional to perform corrective and preventive maintenance across our store network. The primary focus is executing minor repairs on metal structures and furniture, ensuring that store units consistently meet the brand's aesthetic and functional standards. Key Responsibilities: * Repairing steel roller doors, replacing springs, and adjusting metal locks. * Performing minor welding tasks on grilles, shopping carts, handrails, and supports. * Adjusting aluminum and iron window/door frames. * Maintaining furniture (counters, wooden gondolas, and shelves). * Replacing hinges, drawer slides, and handles. * Performing minor repairs on laminates, edge banding applications, and cabinet door adjustments. * Assembling and disassembling office furniture and display fixtures. * Diagnosing repair needs and listing required materials for procurement. * Conducting periodic maintenance checklists at each visited store unit. Requirements: * Proven experience in metalworking (electric welding) and finishing carpentry/repairs. * Proficiency with power tools (drills, sanders, circular saws, welding inverters). * Driver's license category B (mandatory, as this is a traveling position). * Completed high school education. * Availability for frequent travel between stores.
