Focused on specialized consulting, JETbr provides owner’s engineering services, peer review, and optimization of Capex or Opex solutions, with emphasis on infrastructure and mining projects. The **Quality** team requires an intern to support the Integrated Management System, contributing to process standardization, document control, and performance indicator monitoring. Work collaboratively with technical and administrative teams to promote the application of quality, environmental, health and safety guidelines, and strengthen the culture of continuous improvement within the company. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the updating and organization of quality documents and records; * Collaborating in the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; * Participating in internal, external, and customer audits by assisting in evidence collection and verification; * Collaborating in the control and monitoring of performance indicators; * Assisting in the preparation of reports and action plans; * Contributing to the development and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives; * Supporting communication and dissemination of quality best practices across teams. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Process Management, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as principles of quality, environmental, health and safety management; understanding of processes, procedures, and document control; knowledge of nonconformance handling and root cause analysis; familiarity with performance indicators and continuous improvement. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Effective communication and expression abilities, with a collaborative mindset; * Enthusiasm for learning and achievement, dedication, and proactivity (growth mindset). The employment model is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite at the office. Weekly working hours: 30, with flexibility to facilitate coordination with academic studies and other curricular activities.
