Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the integration of the vehicle's electrical architecture Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery Review schedules, product plans, and align involved departments Conduct integration meetings and resolve electrical issues Manage project internal deliverables and processes Create and control releases of technical specifications Monitor and manage project changes Control vehicle configuration updates Support assembly of first development vehicles at the plant Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems Experience with electrical testing in manufacturing environments Strong leadership and communication skills Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate degree or Master’s degree Experience in vehicle validation or development In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical systems Manufacturing environment experience Ability to work autonomously Ideal profile: Technical leadership and systemic vision Proactivity and ownership mindset Effective communication for cross-department collaboration Analytical capability and problem-solving skills Organization and results orientation Work location: Betim/MG – On-site/hybrid work If you aspire to be at the heart of vehicle development and lead the integration of critical systems, this role is for you.
