Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the production planning and control (PCP) department by organizing material flow, monitoring inventory levels, and tracking production orders. Act as a liaison between departments to prevent delays **PCP Assistant – Garment Manufacturing** Join our team!!! **Company:** Ammis **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Employment Type:** CLT Provide support to the production planning and control department by organizing material flow, monitoring inventory, and tracking production orders to ensure deadlines and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** · Enter and maintain data in ERP systems; issue production orders; analyze production capacity; identify bottlenecks on the assembly line. · Assist in developing the production schedule, prioritizing customer orders, and defining manufacturing orders. · Monitor daily execution of production orders (OPs), ensuring productivity targets are met and resource utilization is tracked. · Assess raw material requirements; conduct inventory counts; manage raw material and finished goods inventory; support the procurement department. · Act as a liaison among production, procurement, sales, and logistics departments to prevent delays. **Requirements:** · Completed high school education (technical training in Production, Logistics, or Administration is preferred). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) · Experience with integrated management systems (ERP) in garment manufacturing (MV system experience is preferred) · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and effective communication skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:30–17:30; Friday: 07:30–16:30 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, group life insurance, and medical assistance after probation period. **Salary:** To be negotiated Interested candidates should send their resumes with the job title in the subject line to: **pcp@ammismoda.com.br or via WhatsApp: (31) 97208-9914** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.650,00 – R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
