Results optimization and continuous process improvement. **We currently have an opportunity for a Parking Coordinator position at our unit located in the Nova Lima/MG region.** We seek an experienced professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset, prepared to lead teams and ensure operational efficiency with excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operational activities of the unit; Lead, guide, and develop the work team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment; Ensure agile, courteous, and high-quality customer service; Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing continuous process improvements; Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and safety standards; Support operations whenever necessary, including vehicle maneuvering; Monitor unit performance indicators and propose actions to optimize results**. **Essential Requirements: Proven experience in team leadership; Customer service skills; Strong communication, professional demeanor, and decision-making ability; Knowledge of applicable safety regulations. Valid driver's license category B.
