To do so, you must be dynamic, possess strong collaboration skills with your teams, and communicate clearly and effectively.* **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed High School Education **What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like** * Execution of medium-complexity tasks per technical instructions from the department, including: * General disassembly; * General assembly not requiring torque control; * Reading of Process Instructions; * Material transaction in the system; * Material collection and sorting; * Kit assembly; * Receiving and allocation of materials; * Dispatch of materials to internal and external customers; * Completion of daily process and quality control reports as defined by the Quality department. * Organization and preparation of the workplace according to the activity to be performed, following process instructions and EHS guidelines. * Contribution to process improvement ideas and execution—Kaizen Program * Compliance with Integrity and Compliance guidelines, as well as company EHS standards and procedures.
