Negotiating freight rates and managing risk **Operational Assistant \- Logistics** We have an opportunity to join a logistics and transportation company located in the Novo Eldorado neighborhood, Contagem/MG! **Work Location:** Novo Eldorado \- Contagem/MG **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel voucher, meal allowance of R$ 25.00/day, comprehensive medical assistance (no co-payment), dental assistance (no co-payment), life insurance, and career growth opportunities. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or technology degree in Logistics; Intermediate Excel skills; experience in the transportation sector; strong communication skills. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the company's loading operations; make operational decisions; oversee all pickup routines, route planning, and deliveries; negotiate freight rates; manage risk and monitor cargo; average of 1–2 loading operations per day.
